Sinclair Has Just Created A Convert - TO VOTE FOR KERRY!
have posted about my "Conservative" co-worker before. Actually he was apathetic, equally hating both sides (but i have been working on him).

anyhoo, i sent him the Sinclair story yesterday and he just came into my office for more info. we talked and he is PISSED that "the media" would be so "outward" to do what Sinclair is about to do. he was really BULLSHIT! (he knows FAUX is biased but still thinks CNN is "Liberal") :eyes:

he is so pissed off that he just told me that "I will be GOD-DAMNED to let some corporation or the media pick the President for ME. I may hate politics and am CERTAINLY not a Liberal but if a business can wield THIS much power over our process, then something is SEVERELY WRONG with this country and it's time for a SEVERE change! I always knew Bush had corporations in his pocket but THIS goes over the LINE"!

he is (reluctantly) gonna pull the lever for Kerry now. before he was just a pissed off repub who was NOT gonna vote (good enough for me) but NOW, he is gonna pull the lever for the Dem.

SSCCCCWWWWWWEEEEEEETTTTT :bounce:

THANK YOU SINCLAIR!

5. YAY! :)

Imagine if one guy you know shows that reaction... how many thousands might decide the same across the country?

Edit - Re: "Buy that man a beer"... don't be too obvious about it though. If he opposes media spin, he might oppose bribery :P (on the other hand, a beer is a beer...)

6. I converted a Constitutionalist last Sunday. I used the BCCI article from
Washington Monthly. He already figured that the Bush family rigged the world banks, but never realized till then that Kerry worked to expose the international networks and corporations laundering money and abetting the terrorists.

Now he thinks that they will say and do anything to stop Kerry. He's right.

9. BCCI
Why has the Kerry Campaign not said more about his work exposing the BCCI?

8. After being initially pissed
I had a hunch two days after the story broke that this could in fact lead to a huge back lash.

After all, anyone watching will likely already be voting for Bush. And it emboldens dems. People in the middle will see it as unfair. And what if the piece (I haven't seen it) is poorly made or boring?

10. More evidence that neo-cons aren't really conservative
They have a radical agenda based on world domination by the US and media supression here at home.

Oh yeah, and theocracy.

Traditional conservatives of the Barry Goldwater type, with a libertarian streak may very well get thoroughly pissed off about this stuff.
