2. The reason he wast selected in 2000
He was not selected pResident because of his policies or because of a voter mandate, he was selected because the businesses and industries that poured millions of dollars into his campaigns knew that he was friendly to whatever they wanted and that he was easily manipulated. Everything he has done over the last four years has been very business friendly and very anti-environment, and anti-consumer. If the Republican party had wanted a candidate that stood for the tried and true Republican values they would have supported John McCain. It still blows my mind that they selected Bush over McCain when all polls showed that McCain would have beaten Gore badly. Hell, I've never voted for a Republican presidential candidate and I would have considered voting McCain because he seems to be relatively honest.
