Hey, Kerry! While debating the crazy monkey, bring up how BIN LADENs FLEW!
About the only people who could fly the day after 9-11, besides the Texas ANG, were members of the bin Laden and Saudi royal families. Nice to know the "right" people, huh?

So, Sen. Kerry: Remember those "Security Moms" want to know who's going to make them feel safer.

Hey, DU! Any other ideas on what Sen. Kerry might want to bring up Wednesday?

2. For the debate
Kerry needs to hit jobs hard, as I'm sure he's already planning to do. Also I'd like to see more about the environment, even though the DNC seems to think it's not worth mentioning since no environmentalist would dream of voting for Bush.

By the way, is your member name a reference to "Neon Meate Dream of a Octafish" by Captain Beefheart? Trout Mask Replica is a great album.

18. So what? We got a fake president. Hey! Remember what his Yale Prof said...
Bu-ush thought: FDR and the New Deal were socialistic (read communistic) programs; poor people were poor because they are lazy (how ironic); and his daddy would bail him out of any problem.

The New Deal kept the country from going commie; the turd W hasn't worked a day in his life; and his daddy is too stupid to undo all the evil the Dim Son has done.

6. Hi, Klook! Guilty of plagiarizing the name.
Capt. Beefheart is tops.

Really like your photo of the unelected fraud.
It's so ... accurate: A very small phony hiding
among the fake rocks and trees.

Regarding jobs and the environment: I saw Kerry address the Detroit Economic Club in Sept. 2003 (he came to address the group this year, too). In his relentlessly dense speaking style, he laid out the multi-point groundwork for an excellent Keynsian economic package that counted on the government to help stimulate the development of an environmentally sound auto industry. He also described how developing a sound environmental policy could serve to stimulate the economy and create jobs. This went over most people's heads. I hope Kerry puts it into words that most Americans can understand tomorrow.

14. Sam with a showing top flat-top, particular about the point it made.
You're making me cry, grannylib. Thanks!

If you don't have the record, folks, you need to get "Bongo Fury." It's a collaboration between Frank Zappa and Capt. Beefheart. You don't need to be anything you're not to enjoy it.

Run, don't walk. If it's safe to do so.

Here's what grannylib's talkin' about:

Sam with the Showing Scalp Flat Top

Sam with the showing scalp flat top,
Particular about the point it made.
(I got it . . . )
Why, when I was knee-high to a grasshopper,
This black juice came out on a hard shelled chin.
And they called that 'tobacco juice'.
I used to fiddle with my back feet music for a black onyx.
My entire room absorbed every echo.
The music was . . . thud like.
The music was . . . thud like.
I usually played such things as rough-neck and thug.
Opaque melodies that would bug most people.
Music from the other side of the fence.
A black swan figurine lay on all color lily pads.
On a little conglomeration table of pressed black felt.
With same color shadows, in seamed knobbed knees, and what-nots.
The long hallway rolled out into oddball odd.
Beside the fly-pecked black doorway,
That looked closed on the tar-lattice street.
Up a wrought iron fire escape.
Rolled out a tiny wooden platform with dark, hard, dark rubber wheels.
Roll, skreek! Roll, skreek! Roll, skreek!
Sam with the showing scalp flat top,
Particular about the point it made.

Sam was a BASKET CASE!
A hardened dark ivory clip held . . . saleable everyday pencils.
I wish I had a pair 'o bongos!
Bongo Fury!
Bongo Fury!
Oowwwww! Bongo Fury!
(Boogie!)
Bongo Fury!
Bongo Fury . . .
Bongo Fury . . .

-- Don Van Vliet (Capt. Beefheart)

PS: One great DUer, whose name escapes me post-rabbit, was actually at the concert where this recording was made. I'm a gonna search the archives soon as the little ones are safely tucked in...

PPS: If I could jam Smirk's earpiece, I might chose another selection to play at maximum volume:

Debra Kadabra

3. I know this one is supposed to be on domestic policy, but if * brings up
"he changes positions" one more time, Kerry HAS to hit him IMMEDIATELY with the Chimp's many changes in position on why we went into Iraq:
1) WMDs
2) WMD program-related activities
3) Saddam was a madman
4) Nation-building (which he said as Candidate Bush in 2000 that we would not do...)
5) Bringing democracy to the Middle East
6) Back to the non-existant WMDs

Talk about FLOPS....

8. Right on and out, grannylib!
Kerry needs to speak it loudly and clearly and call the unelected out for his own flip-flops, which are of the less-than-intellectual variety. At home, my wife and I are screaming at the TV, hoping to cut through the noise. Stating the things we can see on stage with Rove running the mind-jammer must be tough.

And, thus, Kerry misses the opportunities. Going after the "A.Q. Khan" remarks would give him ample chance to talk up BCCI and how Kerry busted the largest transnational criminal enterprise in history -- one used to fund terrorists, including Osama bin Laden.

4. And while he's at it
he should ask how the Anthrax Terror investigation is going...

and about the ricin mail attacks against the WH in 2003 and Senator Frist's office in 2004...

and how he and Ashcroft and Co. prevented the DC Sniper terror attacks...

and how they foiled the Shoe Bomber...

and where the Mullah Omar is today....

15. Great ideas all, just as long as he doesn't spend two minutes...
... on Tora Bora. Telling stories doesn't hack it when the storyteller gets sidetracked to the part of the story everyone's heard before.

You are on the correct track. Sen. Kerry must illustrate how everything this miserable failure touches is ruined. Bush really must be Satan.

Until there's an official ruling on the guy's soul, I'd recommend Sen. Kerry use the time to put things in as simple terms as possible. Fifth grade level may be too high, judging by the number of Bush supporters.

20. Yeah, the double-digit IQ crowd for sure. Many of them single digits, if
the displays they give the peace protesters are any indication...they must be REAL proud of having IQs of 1, and somehow, it never occurs to them to hold up an INDEX finger to demonstrate that fact *lol*

16. Very interesting, those deaths of the Saudi princes.
Heart attacks. Dieing of thirst in the desert after the Rolls broke down. All because of a little touch of Al Qaeda is good for Wahabbism.

Most interesting what Bob Graham reported. The Saudis were protected by the White House. Even though they were involved in espionage activities within the US. Bush, uh, I mean Cheney ordered someone to stand down -- BEFORE 9-11.

17. Gee. pretzel-dunce Bu-ush never mentions that.
According to those who were there -- Counter-terrorism Czar Richard Clarke, the late John O'Neill of the FBI, Treasury Sec Paul O'Neill, former NSA Sandy Berger, former President Bill Clinton -- They ALL told Smirk that the number one danger facing the United States was Al Qaeda. The coke-addled drunken little turd from Crawford must've forgotten to tell Cheney. Either that, or Cheney already knew.

If Bush starts slamming it, Kerry should just demand that he eliminate the 'government' health care plan for all three branches of government, or else let the rest of us in on it.
