John Kerry did not decide to AIR his tesitmony on TV .. it was Congress and the media.. if anyone is to blame for viet cong knowing his testimony its them.

Congress and the Media of 1971.. not Kerry caused the Viet Cong to know of Kerry's testimony. Regardless its already been proven that his comments didnt really affect the torture they were going to get or not get.

but did Kerry's testimony actually air at all on TV in 71? Everybody assumes it did, but keep in mind this was in the day of 4 channels, there was no CSPAN. I have a feeling that only a brief snippet was shown on the network news.
