paul graves is my competition. I'd say hi to him, but he and his entire staff, as far as I know, are very conservative.
thanks.

29. hmmmm that is interesting-- |
|
I don't know any of his staff, but my uncle is an extremely liberal Democratic activist--and he always thought that Paul saw eye to eye with him on stuff! Interesting! But--it probably has been 10 years since he last saw him.
anyway--in that case good luck to his competition!

34. no. My uncle actually |
|
lived in Cleveland Ohio and was in the furniture business for about 40 years--he owned stores all over Ohio. However he retired about 7 years ago and lives in Palm Beach Florida now. But--he has not worked at all in Florida, or ever been in business there. Now that he is in Florida, he has retired and he lives a life of leisure.
I have no idea what piano stores are in Florida, but I do know that my uncle probably does not have any business connections other than the ones he maintained for decades in Ohio.

Graves did have a store in Cleveland for the longest time, and shut it down a couple of years ago. Since our business is only about 1% of the population, I'm sure we know a lot of the same people.
We're doing really well in the Columbus market. I actually have appeared on both Sinclair-owned stations to do segments with the morning crew with Yamaha pianos/Clavinovas/Disklaviers...but that was before all this came up.

38. Yea' but he doesn't want to lose piano sales to people who |
|
vote for Kerry no? I'll bet he would take the money of a liberal in exchange for a piano just as much as anyone else's money!

39. yep, and I do the same. I don't care if you're a conservative, or liberal |
|
that doesn't change how I treat you as a customer. When the networks I advertise on do something unethical, immoral, and illegal, then I can choose not to do business with them.
