As in wager on the presidential outcome.
Thinks the race is "tighter than a tick".
The race is open to influence by events, and watch for KKKarl to (1) slime Teresa with whispering campaign and (2) big final rush of notsoswiftboat ads. She worries whether Kerry will counterpunch effectively.
Sounds reasonable.
But I think hers is a pure political calc, and leaves out the intel and brass in the grass.
