Clinton is clark's dollar bill
Edited on Mon Jan-12-04 08:44 AM by bearfartinthewoods

January 12, 2004 -- ALBANY - Bill and Hillary Clinton have told friends that now is the "key moment" for Wesley Clark's presidential campaign, and the former president has begun making last-minute fund-raising calls, key Democrats say.

"Bill is said to be personally involved and it's believed he's begun making money calls on Clark's behalf," one of the state's best-connected Democratic activists told The Post.

snip

While neither Sen. Hillary Clinton (N.Y.) nor her husband have publicly endorsed Clark, both are widely described by Democratic insiders as among his strongest boosters.

1. I wouldn't necessarily believe

what is written in the NY Post. They are a notoriously RW rag, and very fast and loose with the facts. The idea of Clark being a Clinton conspiracy is also a major RW talking point.

I would actually be concerned about your thread being locked since you quoted a RW source. I would check the rules on that.

5. What do you think?
If you post from the right, you have to post an opinion or valid reason for your post. Something like that. Might want to update it along those lines, if you've got time.

9. i don't know,...that's why i posted it
this isn't the first report i've read that links the clinton's to clark. there are reports of many clinton staffers in the campaign.

i'm wondering why the public denial and private fundraising. i don't see the why of it. clinton did make that 'two stars' comment.

i've got my first migraine in three years and i'm not capable of clarity today.

The RW Rag known as the Post and myriad other websites who profit from scaring people with the Clintons and /or Hillary have morphed the Clinton "support" into one of their conspiracy Hillary things for purposes of selling more decks of Cards or books or whatever they are moving today.

This pays MUCH better than the former industry of "commies everywhere "

2. Clinton and Byrd

When the great Senator Robert Byrd spoke against the invasion of Iraq, he had enough facts to know the invasion was a stupid idea based on fabricated evidence. Senator Clinton should have stood with him. Instead she voted to give the President the right to wage war whenever he wanted.

We need a new Democratic Party. The Clintons are holding us back.

4. Clintons have had their
big day and should move on out of the way for the dawning of a new day. Some genies cannot be put back in he bottle and his magical years are gone and cannot be ressurected with Hillary. I agree with Alpharetta we need to construct a new democratic party.

7. I thought he was a republican?
These attacks are as inconsistant as the republicans who call Hillary a Lesbian who was having an affair with Vince Foster
