5. Nader Lawyers appealed and they was Back on the ballot again
This was their last appeal an their last step. The DEM's lawyers proved that 70% on the sign petitions was phony. Late today the judged agreed Nader is done in Pa.

8. May he burn in hell
Motherf*ckin' asswhore for Bush. I hate him even more than Bush. I honestly hope something really nasty happens to him, and soon. Pancreatic cancer would be nice.

10. And this is a good thing? For democracy in general, I mean?
This kind of thing isn't befitting for a supposedly free land. Say what you want about Nader being an egomaniac, I agree, but keeping him of the ballot is just another affirmation of the injustice of the two party system.

16. Yeah, being on a ballot is bad for democracy...
Can I ask for an explanation for that? Why should he even have to get any signatures just to be on a ballot? That's just ridiculous. Having more choices is good for democracy, even if you perceive those choices to be a threat.

13. Sorry, but if "70%" of the sigs
to get him on the ballot were "phony"..then I'd say he cooked his own little goose..

17. That's fantastic news.
Nader is nothing but a thorn in the Kerry campaign's side and I'm glad he has been silenced. We don't need crap like that polluting our ballots.
