New campaign sign - "W - the president"
It is so completely a "brand" that it is disgusting.

I should have photo'd to show, it's a bbbbiiiiggggg W, covering most of the sign, with "the president" in small caps underneath. Very sophisticated looking - no garish red & blue, more a subtle burgundy and a deep, rich blue. The print isn't even bright white, more like a nice washed sand color. Very tasteful, I bet you have to know someone to get one.

W - the newest brand. Sick.

9. Those "W" things
My neighbor brought me a sticker in response to those "W - The President" stickers - looked just like it except it said " F- The President" ...needless to say I am not putting that one on my car!!! I do have one that says "W - worst. president. ever." Get lots of thumbs up on that one! Hopefully the next batch will be "W - The Loser."

2. I saw one of those stickers
And yes, it is very tastefully done. However, all the marketing in the world can't make up for an inferior product.

8. Is there enough room in there, or just above it, to add a word or two?
Edited on Tue Oct-12-04 08:31 PM by calimary
Like "EXCUSE" between "the" and "president."

Or "WRONG."

Or "Misguided."

Or "Inflexible."

Or "Widowmaker."

Or "Liar." "Lying" is also an option here.

Or "Close-minded."

Or "Misleading."

Or "AWOL."

Or "Absentee."

Or "Fear-monger."

Or "War-monger."

Or "Greed."

Or "OIL."

Or "Pirate."

Or "Cover-up."

Or "Secretive."

Or "Sneaky."

Or "Petulant."

Or "Embarrassing." Also see "Embarrassment."

Or "Divider."

Or "Double-talking."

Or "Pretend." "Pretender" is also good.

Or "Deceit." Also: "Deceiver" and "Deceitful."

Or "MISTAKE."

Or "Pygmy."

Or "Weasel." Like that one from elsewhere, here.

Or "Weenie."

Or "Wretched."

Or "Train-wreck."

Or "Failure." "Miserable Failure" works, too.

Or "WORST."

Or "Temporary." You could also add "For Now" at the END, not in the middle.

You get the idea...

18. W Hotels Won't Be Happy
W Hotels already asked the Bush campaign to stop using "W" as a brand. This should really piss them off (especially since the W Hotel chain seems to appeal to the "limousine liberal" crowd).

21. FW
Edited on Tue Oct-12-04 08:55 PM by elbayl
You know those Euro style car ovals? In the East, ones like OBX (for Outer Banks), HH (Hilton Head), or MB (Myrtle Beach) are all the rage on SUVs.

Well, the best parody one I've seen is FW (for F**k W).

I personally have an oval W with a slash through it.

22. I saw one of those oval jobbies,
which I took to be a 'tasteful President' sticker, with a graphically attractive half-tone background. On closer examination, I could see that the background was in the shape of a seashell. ??? "W, please clam the hell up"??? Or is there a foo-foo seaside destination, like the Outer Banks ones--OBX, which I always thought stood for "obnoxious"??
