What could be sweeter on Election Night (other than Bush losing) than to see the stunned look on DeLay's face when he concedes defeat?

Newspapers all over the country are editorializing against DeLay. The Travis County District Attorney is booking his closest aides and empaneling a new grand jury. The House Ethics Committee has admonished him and adjourned for the year. The powers that be have done what they can, now it's up to us.

Richard's TV spot is airing in heavy rotation, yard signs and billboards are up across the district, and volunteers are blockwalking every weekend and phone banking every night.

But that's not enough, to beat DeLay we've got to do more. We urgently need resources to run more TV and radio ads, to send mailers to the district and spread the word about Richard and what a difference having an honorable Representative in Congress will mean for the district.
