What about the stolen lives of the wives and children of the returning vets who and the stolen lives of the dean soldiers all for another war based on lies and disinformation? I salute the soldiers who returned and who had the COURAGE to tell the truth in order to heal their souls. Iraq vets are already facing much of the same kinds of things that the Viet Nam vets did. And for sure, this war was likewise based on lies and disinformation and the scumbags are still lying about it. There is no honor in killing senslessly and needlessly. There is no honor based on lies. I'm sorry, but our men and women in uniform need to grow up and face the facts. They have been misled, deceived, and dishonored by a bunch of chickenhawk windbags who huff and puff their fascist doctrines and call it "patriotism." How did it happen that less than two dozen old, white, rich, neocon men hijacked our government and turned our nation into the second Nazi coming? I just can't figure it out! How is it that so many are still deceived? How is it that a mindless, ignorant, frat boy became the President of the most powerful nation on earth? How is it that he might be placed in that position again? How is it that such complete control of the media has taken place right under our noses? How did it happen? Why will it happen again?

I have been really crabby about the people that support Bush. I can only say WHY??????????? How could anybody support this administration? Tonight I saw Hardball and the rightwing kids chanting "4 more years!" and We have to defend our country, that is why we are in Iraq... I just started yelling at the T.V. - "If you are so worried about our country being defended, why don't you enlist - your - what - 20 years old??? best age, you support this war, why don't you go fight in it? If you don't want to go to Iraq and "protect our country", then shut the fuck up you dumb idiot!" My husband just looked at me and said that I should calm down.

I have just had it. What could be more plain and obvious? The media whores are so busy blaming Kerry for not getting a better lead. It is like the O.J. Simpson jurors, they could have seen the murder with their own eyes and they still would have acquited him. The Bush supporters have some agenda, maybe they just need to kick somebodies ass and since they are too chickenshit to do it themselves, they like to sit back and watch a war run by a cowboy President. Or maybe they want to prove something to someone at work, about abortion, so "their guy" will win and prove something to someone. Maybe they were married to a Muslim and got divorced, and now are very bitter, so now we should just "nuke all of them".

In other words there are a lot of sick people out there, and how do you even begin to try to talk sense to nutcases or to evil people or to dumb dumb dumb people? You don't. The scariest thing is that people from these three groups comprise almost 50% of the population??!!?!

I just hope that we have enough numbers to get our guy in. I also hope that "we" produce at a higher than average rate so that someday our country will have a clear majority of "decent" people.
