Martin Luther King bit; no one responded; Dean smirked.

Again, if Dean is the nominee; Dean and W will not debate, they will have a smirk-off!

(edited for sp - wish I could edit to make this a response to orig mesg - sorry - I must have my juices running this morning!)

6. Well, that was interesting.
Upon a second viewing of the entire interchange, I found Sharpton to be on target completely. What I had noticed yesterday but not focused on as much as I was able to when watching a 2nd time, was Ms. Mosely-Braun's subsequent attack on Gephardt, Edwards and especially Sharpton while ingratiating herself to Dean. That was most unseemly, IMO. IMHO, methinks she wants to be Dean's VP.

7. I thought CMB was WAY over the line with Edwards, and it didn't look
good.

Sharpton was really harsh with Dean, but the heart of the issue is that Dean shouldn't act like such a know-it-all on race. Or the Bible. Or a whole lot of issues that Dean comes across as being an "expert" on.

Dean's arrogance and hubris are the problem.

And Edwards faced down CMB firmly for her bs. She really needs to get her nose out of Deans *ss. It's getting unseemly. She will never be named vp. And Dean will not be the nominee, if people come to their senses, as they seem to be doing.
