Kerry's Opportunity to "GET TOUGH" with Bush: Hold Him To Rules! |
|
We know Bush intends to break the agreement tonight (again) to bring in his favorite theme of "Terra Terra."
Kerry should be ready to CALL HIM OUT for breaking the rules that his people insisted on, then use that opening to insist on a REAL DEBATE in which he questions Bush directly and forcefully on how he has F*d the country.

1. Use it to his advantage that Bush is just a politician who talks confusing |
|
and doesn't want to be straight with America! It's easy, if Bush wants to derail his own train, let him. It's time Bush steps up to the plate and answers to his own record without putting blame on everyone else. Why does Bush think he deserves another four years and what will he do differently, because 65% of Americans think the direction of our country is WRONG!

2. How wimpy does that sound |
|
Our economy is in the toliet, people are out of jobs, we are killing americans in a war, and you want Kerry to point his long finger over the aisle and say "Dammit, George stop talking about foriegn stuff. Stick to the issues?"
Does anyone remember the spin from Fridays debate? It was George Bush's crazy I GOTTA ANSWER THIS while Kerry sat back calm cool collected and watched the prez melt.
What kerry needs to do is use the terra terra terra arguement to hammer home the fact that he has plans to fix the homeland security issues that bush is missing.

4. If B* starts yelling over the moderator or lunging at him again |
|
Kerry should put himself between B* and the moderator. Right in B* face, and just state firmly and calmly, that B* should let the moderator do his job.
Tough, fearless, but controlled. It would show Kerry's strengths and highlight B*'s weaknesses. Added bonus, B* might just completely blow a gasket!

5. "Mr. pResident, you need a time-out!" |
|
Of course, for "respect", Kerry will have to call him "Mr. pResident".

6. Here's my suggestion... |
|
Kerry calmly waits through a full-bore Chimpy yelling, arm-waving, spittle-spouting rant. Schieffer says, "Senator, 90 seconds to respond."
Kerry glances over toward the smirkboy, pauses, then observes, "Well! No more coffe for you, Mr. President. Now..." and methodically gives his reply.
The end... :nuke:
