4. Yes, that is what she said. I think the number for
deserving reselection was around 37 %. 49% undecided. The poll question was not who would you vote for. Maybe someone who know how to access these polls could find out more.

2. 11% of UNDECIDEDS say that Bush...
...deserves reselection.

Otherwise you could surmise that 75% of Republicans don't think that Shrub deserves reselection.

Yes, but depending on which poll
IIRC, Undecideds are somewhere around 5-6% of likely voters. So 11% is less than a handful.

6. I wouldn't call that "a handful"
Bush will have 47%. Kerry will have 47%. That's set in stone. The remaining 6% is who decides the election. Out of those 6%, over 5% don't think that Bush deserves re-selection. I think that's significant.

3. Well Zogby was the one that said
that there is only 5% that are undecided. Then of those undecideds only 11% think Bush should have another 4 years. He cautioned that just because they don't think Bush deserves another 4 years does not mean they will vote for Kerry. He said Kerry has to make the sale and if he does not they will probably stay home.
