How will George Jr. squeeze the new mass graves into today's debate? |
|
on domestic policy?
I'm sure it's gonna get in there.

new find. I wonder how Allawi dug up this find. Uh yes, can't you hear Bush taking a turn out of order saying "my opponent says that Iraq's weren't murdered by Saddam and the world is not better off, so where else is my opponent wrong, certainly wrong on this economy, we've created 1.6 million new jobs, blah, blah

I have co-workers yammering on about this already.
Amazingly convenient.

7. Just remind your co-workers of this |
|
The Kurds were massacred by Saddam after Bush Sr. encouraged them to stage an armed uprising against Saddam.
Bush Sr. promised to support the Kurds, but stood back and watched as they were massacred.

10. I do that every time... |
|
yet still they're dazzled by the "news" of the mass graves.
It's really quite perverse.

15. Then remind them of the mass graves Bush created |
|
Like the one in Fallujah which has been estimated at 300 bodies of women and children.

3. He won't - too much ammo for Kerry to return fire on that one. |
|
Since Saddam was Reagan-Bush-Rumsfeld-Cheney friend well after the incident was known.

5. Ah hah! Great point... |
|
But George Jr. is grasping at straws to justify this thing. I can't see him passing this up...
Hopefully, though, as you say, if he does, he'll be falling directly into a trap.

Saddam killed somewhere between 3000 and 5000 people altogether - hence the "monster" moniker. We have killed over 15,000 non-combatant Iraqis "collateral damage".
If you want mass graves, go talk to the Tutsis and the Hutus. Go talk to the Sudan. We didn't unilaterally invade them to save the village.

9. This IS the October surprise |
|
Every day, one after the other, a la attacks on Clinton. Rove said "we have LOTS of surprises" and I think this will be their plan. Every day we will be hammered with how great it's going under shrub and how evil Saddam was. Expect things to get REAL "good" up until election.

11. Kerry smashes W down with this: |
|
Are you aware that those graves are from 1987 or 1988, when your party was actively selling arms and nerve gas to Saddam and backing the evil tyrant?
Are you also aware that these people were not gassed, most of them were bound and gagged and shot in the back of the head with a single bullet?

Did they see how old the bodies were. A lot of civilians have been killed there over the last year and one-half.
