PROOF that Bush cheated in the first debate..
John Kerry took a pen out of his pocket..

Look what little Georgie brought to the test.

Here he is unfolding it..

Flipping it over - even though he barely took any notes

That's one guilty expression on his face.

3. like the old saying goes..
"Cheaters never win"

Not that he would've won anyway. I think he looked down at his cheatsheet when he paused after talking about deaths in the war..

"the hardest part of the job is to know that I committed the troops in harm's way and then do the best I can to provide comfort for the loved ones who lost (LONG PAUSE - then looks down and reads).... a son or a daughter or a husband or wife."

4. One final thing to determine, was the paper provided just a loose stack
or was it bound? If it was bound at the top then you typically wouldn't write on the back, if it was bound at the side then you might write on the back but did he tear any pages out? It's hard to tell but that page doesn't look hole-punched and/or torn. It also looks like it has a large header on the first side, would you take the time to do that with notes taken DURING a debate?
