You may notice how Bush blinks so much during the debates when he is upset. And you may have noticed the lump in his jacket.

When Bush blinked, he would usually start acting erratic and hyperactive when he would get his chance to speak.

Thanks to medical breakthroughs, Bush has been able to actually get the BACAS (Blink-activated Cocaine Activation System) to be used in the debates.

Imagine if he needs a shot of Jack...he just blinks and boom! A shot of the ol' whiskey!
