President Bush and Sen. John Kerry square off tonight in Tempe, Arizona, for the third and final presidential debate. Bush spent the night before the debate stumping in Colorado and Arizona, while Kerry prepared for the debate with aides at a New Mexico hotel. The 90-minute debate on domestic issues comes 20 days before voters go to the polls November 2 and could be a turning point in the race, which national polls show is neck and neck.
