I just found this out today reading the Times The metro area counties are Philly, Montgomery, Berks, and Dauphin the 3 western ones are Greene, Beaver, and Mercer. http://www.nytimes.com/2004/10/13/politics/campaign/13vote.html?oref=login

Those are push-button LED machines. If I'm not mistaken, I don't think they're owned by big Bush contributors, but then again, I wouldn't put it past the company to hack the vote.
On the other hand, I don't think Rendell would let them get away with trying to cheat at the machine level, but I may well be overoptimistic.
