I know someone who feels sorry for shrub |
|
Her background is in special education. She says she feels sorry for shrubby since he obviously is being asked to do things that are well beyond his capacity.
It made me think how many mental health professionals and special education teachers must feel terrible for shrubby. If he were their patient or client they would never put him in these positions. He shouldn't be required to give public televised debates. He shouldn't be required to be president.
It's only kindness. We need to relieve shrubby of his duties and let him get the help he needs as a private citizen.

2. His arrogant bullying demeanor won't win many sympathy votes |

I am so glad that Bush did not appear very nice or personable in the debates and has been mocking and demeaning of Kerry this week in all of his campaign speeches too. That gave Kerry and Edwards license to be quite critical without looking too mean and generating any underdog sympathy for Bush. Polls seem to indicate that Bush is losing ground and Kerry gaining ground in the likeability factor.
