"We caught her taking Democrats out of my pile, handed them to her assistant and he ripped them up right in front of us. I grabbed some of them out of the garbage and she tells her assistant to get those from me," said Eric Russell, former Voters Outreach employee.
The company¸ Voters Outreach of America has been funded mostly by the Republican National Committee and is affiliated with Sproul & Associates and has been operating in Arizona and other states
Sproul & Associates is a political consulting firm, in Phoenix Arizona headed up by former Arizona state Republican Party executive director Nathan Sproul.
Apparently in September, Sproul tried to pass his organization off as the non-partisan organization

However, voter registrations booths can not be set up inside a library unless they are by a bi-partisan organization. The librarian checked into the request and figured out his scam. As a result of her inquiry, the actual America Votes organization pursued legal options to get Sproul to stop using its name.
