This is total b.s. The Chechens are separatists, they want independence from Russia. Their grievances have NOTHING to do with the U.S.
It's just too bad that so many Americans are stupid enough to buy into this kind of utter nonsense. Terrorism is a TACTIC, it's NOT an entity. There is no "terrorist" club, that every insurgent everywhere belongs to. It's a TACTIC used by disparate groups in response to their own unique and disparate grievances.
Chechens are no more likely to strike in the U.S. than the IRA was likely to strike in Poland, or Hamas to strike in Iceland.
