No way in hell Kerry wins this debate tonight
No way in hell Kerry wins this debate tonight, the media will absolutely not have the Kerry/Edwards ticket winning all four debates. They will be afraid it would end this race if Kerry/Edwards ticket won another debate. So unless that thing on Bush's back falls to the ground tonight, Bush won this debate.

1. Maybe in their eyes but not
the public's eyes. The media is still trying to say that Bush won the last one and that Cheney won the vp debate. However, the public is not buying it... And Chris Matthews can pout all night and they still are not buying it.

4. good point but...
they called the second debate a tie, so I think a Kerry win can play into the narrative the media is creating because he'll still be the underdog as the challener. But I'll bet they call this a tie. All * apparently has to do is stomp around and yell to improve his performance.

5. Brokaw just lectured Tweety about picking the winner
Last debate, Tweety was all over on how Bush won.

Brokaw told him the people should decide...give them a few days to think about it.

Brokaw also said, he did not think Bush won the last debate.

Tweety was trying to figure out why Kerry won the polling on the debate winner.

Russert also put him in his place.

6. They tried to say Bush won last week until all the polls went for Kerry!
Edited on Wed Oct-13-04 07:48 PM by wishlist
Quite obvious, at the time of last week's debate, they were hoping Bush was the winner or at least tied last week and they spinned it that way until every single poll gave the debate to Kerry.

11. But the people don't see it that way.
They judge it for themselves in favor of Kerry.
