Does he have a problem beyond what I already about him? He laughs at the ODDEST moments, when things are NOT funny! In the second debate, he LAUGHED when Kerry slammed him with the Duelfer report and how there were no WMDs. WHAT'S funny about that?

I find it really disturbing when he does that, and he does it a lot.
