He did refuse to take his physical. Perhaps he is keeping a health concern like this under wraps? An insulin pump? He did look awfully orange and bloated.

Yeah, that's it. It is a medical device of some sort!

7. I noticed when he got off the plane
in England earlier this year he was totally bloated--
so badly i thought he had a body double...
was gone in pics the next day.
