With fewer than 100 votes at the time I voted, it was only 1% for Kerry. My vote alone is more than 1%.

There seems to be an ID number in it. No subsequent vote would count.

SO! Go to http://www.11alive.com / and click on the poll link to get a unique ID

Then, clear your cookies and try again. If you have a dial-up connection, sever it and dial up again to get a different IP number. There is no way to know you are the same person if you are coming from a different IP number with no cookie. Make sure you visit their web site first so you don't have a referring page.

I voted after this thread was started. When the results came up, they were Bush 99.5%, Kerry 0.5%, with 192 votes counted.

Let's see...I voted for Kerry, so one vote out of 192 works out to...0.5%! (Well, actually, 0.520833%, but let's stick with the "fuzzy math. :evilgrin: ) For those results to have been valid, it would have meant that each and every other voter there (all 191 of them) had voted for Bush. BUT...according to your post, back when there were only 81 votes counted, Kerry had 1.5%, which would indicate that he had to have had at least one prior voter. So, either that prior vote or mine didn't get counted. Or maybe a whole lot of Kerry votes didn't get counted, either. Did this station contract their insta-polls with Diebold?
