Don't get me wrong - I watched the whole thing and I thought Kerry did a great job. But at the other 3 debates, I was quite engaged with it - this one I could feel my attention waning and looked at my watch a lot.

I can't be the only one, can I?

1. Yes.
Three debates this year was one too many. It gave Bush a chance to do better. But I'd bet that with the LCS games on that a lot fewer people watched.

3. Yes, and I blame it on Schieffer
Terrible questions, no new angles that elicited new responses, and dumb touchy-feely, this-will-appeal-to-the-wimmenfolk questions about faith and wives and so on. Sheesh.

I'd rather have heard Barbara Walters ask them if they were trees, what kind they'd be.

4. Yes - I was thinking I was glad it was the last one.
I liked the one with the audience questions.

5. it was VERY boring
and really, it was all the moderator's fault. absolutely stupid inane questions throughout, there were times when it looked like kerry (and maybe a couple times with bush?) wanted to respond to each other but schiffer was "next question!"

6. Yep, too close to last Friday's debate,
and the podium style vs. debate #2 where they could move around made it seem rather stuffy. Plus domestic policy the second time around is not as exciting as foreign policy in a time of 'war'.
