Bush droopy, drooling, suffering from Bell's Palsy?

Why was his physical "delayed" until after the election? What else is he hiding?

1. I did notice a small, foamy spit blob in the corner of his mouth...
...early in the debate--probably a side effect of one of the pharmaceuticals he's hopped up on. It's the hard but necessary work a president must do, if he is to make sure all that of those American-manufactured, Third World drugs from Canada are safe for our Seniors.

Although I have known two people in their 20's who had it.

6. Some photos of Bush tonight
All seem to show a droop on the left side of his mouth.

11. Blame Yahoo!...
I think the blue tie photos are from D2. Everything was thrown together in one big "latest political news" slideshow, so I assumed it was all tonight.

In any case, the photos do show a fairly pronounced droopiness on his left side, and if we had a still of the split screen when Kerry is talking it'd be even more clear.

10. "Neurologic impairment"
5 to 10% of patients have poor recovery at 4 months with persistent neurologic impairment and cosmetic disfigurement. Many persons with Bells will develop synkinesis. This means that when they blink, the corner of the mouth may twitch slightly. It is caused by a misrouting of facial nerve fibers as it grows back to innervate the facial muscles. Some persons may have "crododile tears"...

13. I thought that too
It was really noticeable that there was a lack of symmetry in his facial muscles, and his mouth was almost an S curve. (Looked like "Two-Face" from Batman -- the Two-Faced campaign was prophetic.)

And I'm pretty sure the spittle was there, then gone, then there again - it was so gross I was fixated on it.

I raised another issue dealing with involuntary muscle response the other day, and it didn't get much attention (archived now, link below). The original poster frames it as a reason for w to resign, but I think it may be a way to paint him into a political corner with the physical thing -- If there is no possible explaination that is consistent with a person that is physically or mentally fit to be CIC, then it could be a checkmate.

Bell's Palsy wouldn't be that, but I wonder if it might not have been brought on (or worsened) by trying to control the involuntary jaw motions we saw in Debate 2. Just speculatin'
