The expresidents should get together and urge an honest vote |

There's so much danger of corruption of the vote that it's a wonder so little is being done. The expresidents should come together and issue a joint statement about the sanctity of the voting process and the importance of protecting democracy. It seems awfully strange that no one has made an impassioned speech about this issue. Carter has come closest, but even he (to the best of my knowledge) didn't talk about the overall importance of a working towards a fair election.

1. Carter, Clinton and Ford might do so, but don't expect Poppy to show up |

He was guilty as sin in the Florida coup, and quite possibly responsible for the thousands of "overseas military ballots" (unsigned and unposted) which just happenned to show up a couple days after he went on a "fishing trip" to Europe - while his son supposedly was waiting to see whether or not he was elected President of the United States :wtf:
Bush Sr might privately regret his idiot son's pResidency, or at least some parts of it (Iraq) but he's not about to admit to it in public.
EDIT: added the Big Dog to the title. Sometimes I forget he's an "ex-president" since nobody was officially elected to replace him yet.
