3. The ABC post-debate poll had too many Republicans

8% more Repubs than Dems, despite the Dems normal advantage amongst actual voters. Still, Kerry and Bush came out even in that poll. I think that makes it quite clear who won the debate.

Other post-debate polls that do not oversample Repubs show a clear Kerry victory. As did our own eyes and ears. :-)
