Bush could hardly talk? Not that this is terribly unusual for woody though. He was slightly pausing while trying to say simple words. This man is seriously stupid or he has some sort of a mental problem.

I'm a believer. They don't want him taking any questions without coaching, period. His news conferences have been a disaster.

It looked like he was being told what to say word for word at times. Pretty scary.

what the Wash Post described as an "oddly giggling turn." It looked like he was very uncomfortable up there and was trying to cover for it.
