Being a Democrat in Louisiana is OK. Being an active Kerry supporter will get you stares and the occasional nasty comment. My daughter who is working her way through college made the time to work in her local Kerry 2004 campaign. Last night after the debate she called to inform me that she had successfully negotiated with the University to have 2 showings of Fahrenheit 911 and convinced a local eclectic eating/drinking establishment to do the same. This is the same daughter who when the local campaign workers were discussing community outreach to women, minorities etc., suggested outreach to the local gay community and set up voter registration at gay clubs. Who said we Democrats don't have "family values" to pass down to our children?

to show three showings of F9/11. I am not in school anymore, but my parents are very proud.
You should be proud, I am so glad to hear that others are working to show F9/11 to as many people as possible.
It makes our job so much easier.
:kick: for your great dem daughter
