But discovered this morning that my Kerry/Edwards yard sign was missing. I don't know what happened. Kids? Bush supporter? Kerry supporter? I just know that I am upset and thought it would be pretty safe in my subdivision for my sign. There is another home a couple of blocks away that has a Kerry/Edwards sign and there sign is still there. Maybe I should warn them. Nevertheless, I have an extra one and will put the little white label that says "Smile, you're being Videotaped!" I also called our county democratic offices and reported it.

Make a homemade sign that says "You stole my sign but you can't steal my vote. Kerry 04"

3. I have had my "Help Stop War" sign kncked down more times

than I can remember. But my Re Defeat Chimp, ( ie Busy ) sign proudly waves from the front yard.

This is an era of evil politics and partisan rage unparalleled in my living experience.

I commiserate. But no matter how many Kerry/Edwards signs fall in the fray, the Chimp is still probalby going to lose. Just stay focused.

8. I got a honk and a wave

as I was replacing one of mine this morning. :hi: We've had some stolen, but the fun part is that yesterday someone finally stole the sign that my neighbor had rigged with "Tanglefoot," that gooey stuff that people have talked about putting on signs. He had filled his sign "like a creampuff" - and we are hoping that the person who stole it had nice leather seats in his Lexus, because there's virtually NO WAY to get that crap off! :evilgrin:

Don't forget to report the theft to the cops. Ours have asked us to keep calling, despite the fact that now we're making repeat calls. The detective really liked the Tanglefoot approach, however! :D
