All quiet on the western front

This morning my boss made a comment to a "Catholic for Bush" about the fact that she should vote for Kerry because he is Catholic.

I chimed in (we were all joking around) about how un christian it is to pre-emptively attack a nation. She rolled her eyes and walked away, but not before my last jab "Hey, who whould Jesus Bomb".

Anyway, that is probably my first political outburt at work this season at my primarily Republican/conservative job.

Later my boss let me know to keep political discussion on the down low because one of the higher ups is getting really cranky about the discussion.

The Finance VP is hard core Bush and the GM likes to poke a stick in his cage so to speak about Bush's failings.

Bad news--the finance guy won't be handing out Christmas bonuses with a smile on his face this year.

Good news--the hard cores are seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and it is a train steamrolling them down!
