There was an ad on Air America (30 second radio ad) this morning during "Unfiltered" (in Minnesota at least) in which Al Franken asked us to help the Ohio Democrats by donating:

He said we have to work work work and not only that donate what money we can to bring in the win for Kerry/Edwards.

I live down here in Louisiana, and while we might flirt with an upset for Kerry, we're not really considered a swing state these days unfortunately (but, mark my words, it'll be a lot closer here than anyone thinks), so it feels cool to contribute to a place where Kerry has a great chance!

I did so yesterday. If I, on a very small fixed income, can donate to the Kerry campaign some 6-7 times this season, I'm sure a lot of others here can raid the loose change jar or dig under the sofa or whatever else it takes to win.

Ohio will need thousands of volunteers before and especially on Election Day.
This is a must win state and we need all the help we can.
The people at the campaign offices are working their tails off and it is showing. They seem to hanging in there, The debate last night looks like it gave them a boost.
Not only is this a must win for Kerry but we could take back a seat in the Senate with enough help.

I live in the Democratic East Cental part of Ohio.

Drive 40 miles north and its a different story. South 40 miles and its the old south.

But Im busy. I signed up about 20 new Dem voters this year just by talking with people around town
