as an employee - do you want a "smart CEO" ...or a "less intelligent CEO"?
The President is a CEO of a country making daily decisions on policy and hiring.

A CEO doesn't have a military like a President...which makes the need for "intelligence and integrity" even more important.

If Bush is our CEO...Elliot Spitzer would have a "field day" with the bush admin.
