Read this FCC article, posted elsewhere on DU:
http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&ncid=1963&e=8&u=/ap/20041014/ap_en_ot/kerry_filmIt says the following:
Eighteen senators, all Democrats, wrote to Powell this week...However, nowhere in the article does it call Powell a Republican, note that he was appointed by the Bush admin, or note that his father is in Bush's cabinet.
Also, nowhere in the article does it call Sinclair conservative, note the number of donations that Sinclair's execs have made to the Republican Party and Bush, or talk about the previous case where Sinclair refused to air the names of dead American soldiers.
At one point in the article they even go so far as to say that the anti-Swift Liars Senators are lead by "
Dianne Feinstein of California" (we all know that California is an evil liberal place) but they don't say anything about the film maker being a Bush supporter or anything about him at all.
If this article was written about Fahrenheit 9/11, can you imagine all of the Michael Moore and Democrat bashing that would have been included?
The author of the article is listed as Jennifer C. Kerr.
