and was also employed by Coors as a liason to the gay community after decades of Coors supporting the homophobic Heritage foundation and senators such as Jesse Helms.

Nobody put her sexuality in the spotlight but her.

She is now earning 6 figures from the re-elect campaign, after pimping her own sexuality for the Republican party...the party that attempted to pass a constitutional amendment discriminating against homosexuals.

For anyone to feign outrage about her as though she is a private citizen when in fact she went public with her sexuality in order to GAIN gay votes for her father is beyond outrageous.

2. Has Mary come forward *herself* yet re: JK's remark?
Or is it up to Mommy to feign all the outrage?

4. It's hipocrisy
for the Republicans to welcome her as a political operative and then turn around and be "outraged" by Kerry mentioning her in a political discussion.

... trying to drag GLBT folks into the GOP!

Does anyone else find it ironic that the only people who seem upset by the mention of "Dear Mary" are straight people!!!

As a gay person, I for one am glad as hell that this two-faced, greedy leech on the GLBT community may finally get her comeuppance. She's soaked her conscience in so much money I'm sure the pain will only be temporary.

This is all a smokescreen anyway, folks. If the media really thought Kerry's mention of Mary was insulting (which it was NOT) perhaps they ought to ask folks in the gay community how they feel about poor little Marykins. They might be surprised.
