Anyone think the 1st debate spoiled the rest?
don't get me wrong, the last 3 were good. But that first one was magical.

1. raising morale for democrats/progressives
2. the start of the 'bulge' controversy
3. *'s hilarious facial expressions
4. *'s repeated phrases
5. Kerry kicking *'s ass in person for the first time among millions and gaining respect/likability.
6. new bushisms: 'you forgot poland' 'mexed messages' hard work'

Amazing. It's even better in repeats. :D

2. Actually,
I think it enabled me to enjoy the rest of the debates!

I saw that Kerry could kick ass even with a human (or facsimile thereof) dissolving right there on the stage next to him - and he didn't even get distracted from his ass-kicking!

That let me relax so I could just enjoy the ride for the other debates! :bounce:

3. I really had the most fun last night...MrG and I laughed our way through.
No worries, no cares...because Kerry had already bagged the other two.

Except I was very angry when Mr Bush brought up maternity group homes. With the current administration I truly can see women being moved backwards 50 to 100 years. Why not just call them "homes for wayward girls".

4. It made them sweeter
Kerry held *'s face in the toilet and flushed, flushed, flushed in the first debate. I was still laughing about that throught the rest of them.
