o'reilly admits fox news has a stake in the election?
he said this lawsuit is just meant to damange him and fox news "before the election."

15. O'Reilly sucks and lies, biography of this scum
Some of the lowdown on this scumbag O'Lielly:

<http://www.oreilly-sucks.com/>

<http://www.rotten.com/library/bio/entertainers/pundits/bill-oreilly/>

"Apparently, O'Reilly had mentioned in multiple interviews that his old syndicated tabloid news show Inside Edition had won two Peabody Awards, which he described as "the highest journalism award in the country.""

"The only problem being: Inside Edition never won any Peabodys. It had instead won a Polk Award, and that only happened more than a year after Bill left the show."

Biography for Bill O'Reilly, Birth name William James O'Reilly Jr.:

<http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0971123/bio>

"Politically he has always claimed he is a registered independent on The O'Reilly Factor. But it was later revealed O'Reilly was actually a registered Republican in Nassau County from 1994 to 2000. O'Reilly re-registered as an independent soon after."

3. The media is not going to let this one go
And they've already released details that rival the Starr Report. I will laugh hysterically if Fox cuts O'Reilly loose. At some point, his assinine behavior has got to become a liability.

And, as a side-note, it give Kerry the perfect out to NOT go on the show. Woo-hoo!

7. This is also mentioned in his suit against Mackris and Morelli
http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/1013042oreilly12.html

In sum. Defendants outrageous demand leave Plaintiffs with a Hobson's choice due to Defendants' perversion, exploitation and abuse of the legal system- Plaintiffs realize that the price of defense itself will likely cause irreparable injury to their reputations and financial interests at a critical time in the pending presidential election, impacting viewership, advertising revenues and careers. Still, Plaintiffs have opted not to abide by Defendants' extortion, for that would only send a signal to those who might seek extortion as a means in the future.

9. It is going to be soooo much fun watching these guys go up in smoke
Bush and O'realy crash and burn together.
It will be soooo, soooo good when they are both washed up and sent somewhere that we can forget them.
I am so going to enjoy this.
