Interview with the Lone Star Iconoclast's editor (Crawford, TX newspaper)

This is the newspaper in Crawford, Texas that endorsed John Kerry over local boy George Bush. It caused quite a stir in Crawford and resulted in some intimidation and threats to the paper and its staff.

I interviewed their editor and the author of the original endorsement, W. Leon Smith, for my news blog. I posted it to my site a few days back but was still "too new" to post here. At any rate, Mr. Smith gave some great, articulate answers about the future of journalism as well as info about the aftermath of the paper's endorsement.
