1. I think there might be 3 vacancies during Kerry's first term:
O'Connor, Rehnquist, and Stevens.

4. My #1 campaign issue!
We could be preventing 40 years of right-wing judicial activism by electing Kerry....but just imagine if one of the conservative justices like Scalia or Renquist retired during a Kerry term!! Now THAT would be a dream come true!!
