It was a stock BS answer quoting the Sinclair front page and inviting me to contact John Kerry to see if he'd like to join the "unscripted event".

It was from Kevin, the GM at WYZZ TV in Peoria, IL.

I started a NEW TOPIC HERE with a special note for them.

Then I emailed Kevin back and included his entire sales team listed on the homepage. And the national sales manager.

Thanks, I said, but I'll be contacting your advertisers instead. I included the URL for the thread linked above, so they'll be stopping in.

This is the Sinclair stock price chart ... notice the steady KABOOM since May, when the first round of boycotting (over nightline photos) started!

We can affect the individual stations to do the right thing if they want to survive though. Those sales people need bread on the table.

I don't know anything about those efforts. I suspect when the liscences come up for renewal there WILL be challanges.

I'm concentrated on letting advertisers know that we're watching these stations and the advertisers on those that end up airing the John O'Niel crap will go on the fridge lifetime ban list!

IMHO I think it's neccessary to make a loud statement in THIS TOPIC now that I invited the national sales manager from Sinclair to visit it.

If anyone disagrees with the tactic I'm employing here I'm open to critisism.
