O'Neill kept speaking over Ted and insisting that KERRY'S OWN AUTOBIO says there was ONLY ONE MAN with a rocket launcher during the incident where Kerry was awarded his Silver Star...

WE KNOW THAT, you stupid MFer; the Navy report ALWAYS SAID ONLY ONE MAN had a launcher; Kerry ALWAYS SAID there was ONE MAN with a launcher; the Navy SS citation says ONE MAN had a launcher...

...but O'Neill, the STUPIDEST MFer in this country thinks that means this one man was THE ONLY ENEMY PERSON IN THE ENTIRE INCIDENT!

incident, when Kerry said (later on, sometime in the 70's) that the memory of Nixon saying that US troops were never in Cambodia was etched in his mind.

The stupid, vacuous RW'ers pounced on this as a bold-faced lie because Nixon wasn't yet in office in 1968. They couldn't grasp the simple fact that it made no difference WHEN Nixon said it, it was the fact that he DID say it at some point and it was remembered by Kerry.
