Write a letter to your paper

Go show up at your local Democratic headquarters and do what they need

If you need to take a break go to the DU Lounge and relax

Or get some sleep or some exercise or eat something healthy or write to your aunt or carry meals to a shut-in or something.....but quit obsessing over the rigged polls and Mary Cheney for crying out loud!
