Why I dont listen to Lynne Cheney

Maybe some reporter can ak these questions(in shortened form of course) of Lynne Cheney and Dick Cheney while were at it:

1. Dick has spoken of his lesbian daughter himself at rallies, I can only assume in an attempt to win over some of the more moderate voters. Not only this he thanked John Edwards for mentioning her in the first debate, I can only assume because he thought it would work to his politicial advantage. Why is she suddenly so dirty now?

2. Again, Dick Cheney feels free to talk of his lesbian daughter at speeches and how much he loves her despite her obvious shortcomings. What an angry dad he is now however since John Kerry has referred to her as a lesbian(which is what she is, so why be ashamed?) during the final debate in an attempt to justify the existence of gay people to fundamentalists(Most of whom are voting for Bush and Cheney by the way). Does this compute and why doesen't Cheney care about his 'beloved daughter's future? How come he doesen't care about her being proclaimed a second class citizen? Just a little less than human? Use whatever epithets you want. It makes a pretty big statement about a societies feelings towards a sub-group if we have to specifically refer to them in the Constitution and deny them rights accordingly.

3. The same thing about Dick's wife who has the time to make a list of so called "un-patriotic" professors oppposed to the patriot act but can't even speak against her own party's treatment of her daughter?

4. Why is it that when Alan Keye's, who is running the highest profile Senate race right now, called her daughter a hedonist and sinner as well as a lesbian that the 'good mother' Lynne Cheney didn't utter a peep?

5. Pretty much a repeat of number 4, but how can she call herself a good mother when the very mention of her daughter's sexual orientation offends her? Would she feel the same way about mention of her daughter's religion? I can only assume that she is the one who is embarassed, or she may just be putting on a show for some reason I haven't figured out. Either way she is trying to make the mention of her daughter's sexual orientation a dirty thing, which would be consistent with her history of denying her daughter's being a lesbian till recently, three years ago I think. And this with a well known daughter(author) in her thirties I believe.

She's the bad person here. She's an awful person. She's meanspirited, she's a fascist, and she's a history revisionist. Because of her past bad acts, I can't really see her being a caring mother so I don't believe her outrage is genuine. That whole family is not capable of anything positive.

4. I have very little respect for lynne Cheney.

And Mary is fair game. She's a Repug operative - and I don't see the point of letting the Chimp administration try to " have it both ways" .
How stupid is it to push for a Constitutional Amendment to ban gay marriages ?

This is hypocracy. If Mary did not make appearances and put in plugs for the Chimp administration, if she truely acted as a private citizen, then maybe I would feel more sympathy.

I wonder wny more Log Cabin Republicans don't feel betrayed by their party.

7. Randi Rhodes just reminded me about Alan Keyes

Alan Keyes called Mary Cheney a "selfish Hedonist" What was the reaction of the Cheney's then? By the way... Rhodes also said Keyes has a lesbian daughter.. This smells of Hypocrisy!

i read this shit on du,which i may say is a complete waste of bandwidth..oh well off to work i go and listen to people go thru the roof because they are finding out their health care premiums went up 50%...more kerry supporters everyday..not to mention the mexican americans there are really pissed at bush and his racist remarks about their children and families...more discontent in the cornfields

if there was an audio book of her reading her lesbian romance novel and they played clips on Morning Sedition (like they did with O'Reilly reading the tawdry shower scene from his novel). Otherwise, forget it.
