My letter to Sinclair institutional investors

Sirs:

While I have no way of knowing if you continue to hold a substantial stake in Sinclair Broadcasting, I would like to suggest to you that this is not a company that merits your investment.

The attitude underlying its abhorrent view about the privileges
and responsibilities of public broadcast license holders makes it inevitable that they will facing regulatory review and
license challenges for a good deal of time to come. Their advertisers are also facing significant public protest.

I hope you will give serious consideration to disinvestment in this
company.

1. I believe the word is "divest" not "disinvest"

but they'll get the point.

2. disinvestment = divestiture

Disinvestment:

Divestiture, liquidation, or sale of a segment of a firm.


"Divestiture" sounds too....legal-y for me.
