Full Request of Ballots Printed in Milwaukee |
|
Just an update: Scott Walker gave in and decided to print the full ballots. Basically, the compromise was, unused ballots will be paid for by the city, not the county (So all the rich suburbs won't have to pay for them in their property taxes, only the city.)

Small price to pay, but it's worth it.

4. Wouldn't want to cut into those massive county pension funds |
|
Probably the only expense Walker won't cut.
This is still great news, as Milwaukee County is a strong Dem stronghold. Wonder how he would react if Waukesha County didn't get their ballots?

This could have been a huge mess.
Here's hoping that there are very few unused ballots... :)
