Wow, that was sobering. How can any Republican worth his salt say that the economy has been handled well? I'm even willing to concede that I vary with most Republicans on key philosophical issues, but come ON. The economy? Kool-aid drinkers one and all.

Democrats have proven that they're actually the deficit hawks. Republicans talk the talk and charge it up. I'm not even sure what the current definition of a Republican would be... my old Intro to PolySci professor has probably had to change his entire course.
