called me up this morning and woke me up. started with i am so mad. i am so mad.

i have talked to her for 6 months and yesterday two hours yelling at her, with her tears at time and still was going to vote bush. gave her f911 as she walked out the door. she watched it twice. and she is so mad. giving it to a boyfriend today.

wish i had the kerry movie to give to her. if someone can tell me where to pick it up, or how to order would appreciate.

she said now she understands why i am so mad. said she didnt want to have to do politics. i told her i didnt either, and i resent the hell giving up my life to do this now, but if we dont stop the fundies and neocons now, we are going to do for a lot longer. we have to stop them now so we can get back to our lives, cause if we dont and kerry wins it isnt going to stop. it is going to continue, and i want it to stop now

someone asked, how do you get the fundies to see different. i was clueless, but here seems to be a good way

you will never be able to see these bastards through the same eyes again.

When you realize that the every person at the top of the chain of command, sat on their hands on the morning of 9-11, then you will know that 3000 people died that day, while our leaders knew and did nothing.

BTW: All of the planes were supposed to take off by 8:00 AM. All of the planes should have hit their targets before 9:00 AM. If the attack had go off on time, Bush would have never been stuck sitting in a 2nd grade classroom waiting for the attack to finish.

15. Re: MIHOP and the resistance to believe it

Killing thousands of your own citizens to advance your agenda is not without precedent. Hitler gassed millions over years. The BFEE & neocon junta vaporized thousands in a few minutes. Hitler would likely have been impressed at how technology has increased efficiency.

Evil people are not limited to existance in some places or some point in time. They are with us always and will take control whenever we allow it. We err if we believe the inhabitions against atrocities which most of us have are universal in our species. Proven time and time again, yet never fully learned.

There are people out there who will kill any amount of others for their own reasons. That is the lesson.

Those people must be recognized and stopped each time they try to rise to power. That is the task.

6. Freeper friend of mine called last night

and asked if I was watching Dennis Miller. I of course said I have never seen him and she proceeded to go on a rant about how B* has destroyed our rivers and we should not eat any fish.
Seems Miller had Kennedy on and he blew the cover on B*'s environmental policies of putting the foxes in charge of the hen house.
My friend is now seriously considering voting for Kerry.
I told her our votes should really be cast for the interests of the Earth and our childrens' future.

7. I have an idea that could get, Fahrenheit 9/11 To air on TV

Michael Moore had narrated much of the whole movie, by explaining in detail what is occurring for each screen/segment of the movie. So, my idea is that, we could possibly air Fahrenheit 9/11 on radio stations! I think this is a possibility, because this movie is indeed easy to listen, and many listeners on the radio will get the idea of what the message is about from each screen/segment. And by airing the movie on the radio, it very well could set grounds to get the movie air on TV, or quite possibly the listeners will actually go watch the movie.

I think there is a possibility this would work. To my knowledge, there isn’t a law, or rule, which states you, cannot air movies, (well in this case, Michael’s voice) on radio stations.


So what do ya guys think? Yea or NEA?

Thank you for being with us. Yes, most of us resent having to fight to save our nation. That resentment is part of what we fight against when we try to turn the lights on for others. So much more comfortable to stay, unaware, in our private cocoons. So many sacrifices to make when taking up the battle against the junta subverting our government.

Was thinking about the resistance to see/act that we all run into with the people we work to teach. Hit me that it is a lot like fundie belief in the bible. They will believe all the miracles that happened in the old days and chronicled in the bible, but they seem blind to the miracles happening everyday around us. Their mindset has 'miracles' in a box, filed away and no longer part of everyday life.

Seems the idea of defending liberty against threats is treated the same a miracles. It is something which has already happened. Liberty is won, our way of life is invincible, no American leader could be evil, that is all in the past, like miracles. Anybody who tries to tell them otherwise is threatening their whole mindset/belief system.
They will not give up their comfy delusions easily. The junta knows and relies on this.

But, with the one-on-one attention, the sharing of information via the net, the standing and shouting whenever we encounter the spread of lies is paying off. The junta is on the ropes and they know it.

I know people here think fundamentalists and evangelicals are way brainwashed, but I think it's more like the leadership hides stuff like what a war is really like behind larger concepts like "freedom" and what not. I haven't really seen much of what they say other than a statement by Gary Bauer a year and a half ago so I don't know, but yeah, I think if you really show what's going on, they'll think about whether or not it fits with their moral beliefs.
